Downloads: QR code reader for Symbian
QR (Quick Response) code is very useful and convenient nowadays to quickly lead a person to a specific URL. Recently, I’ve been searching for a QR code reader for my bloody Symbian phone. Android and iOS users are lucky to have QR code reader apps ready and available for them to download while Symbian’s users, well, need a bit of luck since virtually no developers have any interest in Symbian anymore. Thank god I found one.
Upcode Reader, where you can find and download it here, is very useful and – my god it surprises me. It captures the QR code automatically and quickly lead you the specific URL. All you have to do is point your camera and fit the QR code in the green box and – avada kedavra!
Glad there are still apps that are able to surprise me on this old Symbian platform.

Files are getting larger and larger by size nowadays. Without some proper download managers, you won’t be able to download a large file without the help of download managers. Download managers are quite common in Internet nowadays. By using download managers, you can download large files with full speed. (You can only download a file with full speed if the server hosting the files are able to give you the speed.) If the file is too large and your Internet connection in your country is really really slow (like mine), then you will really need a download manager. Download manager can?? resume broken downloads. As an example, you download a really large file today. You really want to off your computer, but the download is still running. Using download managers, you can pause the download and resume it at another time as long as if the link of the file doesn’t change and the server hosting the file supports resuming broken downloads. So, better switch to a really good download manager instead of using the old Internet Explorer’s downloading method.

I would really recommend you Internet Download Manager(IDM). It’s really user friendly and it have lots of functions that will let you download almost everything on a website. One of the function of IDM that really amazed me was this:

Yes! The download videos options are shown on top of the video or audio playing. You can download any videos you like… It has two types of file format shown here because I watched it in HD. Normally, it would be in FLV format. I really like this download manager and I think IDM really suits everthing I need. I would recommend you this download manager. Normally, you have an 30-days trial if you downloaded it from IDM’s website. Fotunately, I’ve already uploaded Internet Download Manager version 5.15 with crack provided to Mediafire. It is now available here.
